Any responsibility for adverse consequences arising from your subsequent registration or use of our services is relieved from Storyza by failure to do so, and the right to terminate your access to the services is reserved by Storyza.

A binding agreement between you and the operator of Storyza (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") is constituted by these Terms. The use of any service or product provided by Storyza by any user is governed by these Terms. The legally recognized entity responsible for operating Storyza is referred to by the "operator". You or any individual utilizing the products or services offered by Storyza is referred to by the term "user".
2. Security of Your Account and Password
Upon login, products and services may be accessed by you as a guest user. However, to safeguard against account loss, the use of Google or another approved login method is strongly advised by us.
The confidentiality of your account and password credentials is advised to be maintained by Storyza. At the conclusion of each session, you should log out. Any unauthorized access to your account resulting from inadequate security measures on your part is solely your responsibility.
Any account security breach, unauthorized disclosure of private information not caused by Storyza' fault, or any losses resulting from or connected to such events shall not be liable for by Storyza.

Your personal information will not be disclosed to any company, organization, or individual outside of Storyza by Storyza without your consent, except as mandated by laws and regulations.
The personal information of minors is dedicated to being safeguarded by Storyza. If an underage child (particularly those under 10) is deemed appropriate for using Storyza' services by a parent or guardian, an account may be created for the child by them. This account must be registered under the parent or guardian's name, by whom the suitability of our services for the minor shall be determined. Users' registration details or any non-public content, data, and information stored on Storyza' systems will not be publicly disclosed or provided to any third party by Storyza, except under the following circumstances:

That our services are provided to you based on existing technological and operational conditions is acknowledged and agreed by you. While service continuity and security will be ensured by commercially reasonable efforts made by Storyza, all legal, technical, and other risks cannot be foreseen or prevented by us at all times. These include, but are not limited to, force majeure events, viruses, Trojan horses, hacker attacks, system instability, service interruptions, data loss, and other damages potentially caused by third-party service deficiencies, government actions, etc.
6. Device Requirements for Access
That you are responsible for procuring your own terminal equipment (e.g., computer, mobile device) and bearing associated costs (e.g., telephone charges, internet fees) required to use Storyza' services is understood and agreed by you.
That resources on your terminal device and network bandwidth will be consumed by your use of these services is acknowledged by you.
7. Advertising
That Storyza may, either directly or through authorized third-party advertisers, deliver advertisements ("ads") or promotional content (commercial and non-commercial) to you while providing services is agreed by you. The delivery channels and scope of such advertisements may be modified at its discretion without prior notice by Storyza, the right to which is reserved.
Legal obligations to advertisers are fulfilled by Storyza. The authenticity of any advertisement and the consequences of your decisions based thereon are solely your responsibility to judge. Any loss or damage resulting from ad content or transactions conducted based on such ads is not liable for by Storyza, unless required by law.
Judgment regarding the authenticity and reliability of advertisements presented by Storyza is agreed to be exercised by you. Responsibility for any transactions you enter into based on these advertisements is borne by you, except as otherwise provided by law.
That payment for any Storyza service or feature does not exempt you from receiving advertisements is agreed by you. Your acceptance of ads is part of the consideration for Storyza providing a comprehensive service to all users, and acknowledgment and agreement to this condition is constituted by your acceptance of these Terms.
8. Subscription to Products and Services
That Storyza has the right to offer services free of charge or require payment is acknowledged by you. Internet Value Added Services are what the fees collected are for. Funds added to your Storyza account are solely for services under these Terms. Consumed funds are non-refundable. If a refund of unconsumed funds is applied for by a user and approved, the refund will be issued in legal tender via the original payment method, subject to a 10% refund processing fee. If a refund via the original method is not feasible, us may be contacted by you to arrange an alternative refund method.
That Storyza may modify its fee schedules and rules at its discretion is acknowledged by you. Updated standards and rules form an integral part of these Terms and become effective upon publication. Pricing for existing services may be changed or charges for previously free services may be introduced by Storyza. Notice will be provided before such changes take effect. Acceptance of the new terms is constituted by continued use of services after changes.
On a paid basis, certain Storyza services are provided. Adherence to their specific terms is required to use these services. Notice will be provided by Storyza on relevant pages; access to those services is precluded by refusal to pay.
The right to determine pricing standards and methods for its services is reserved by Storyza, which may differ across services and service stages.
As necessary, pricing for fee-based services may be adjusted or charges for free services may be introduced by Storyza. Notice will be provided prior to changes. You are permitted by disagreement with new terms to cease using the services.
With a one-month term from the date of payment for pay-per-view content, a subscription-based viewing service is provided by Storyza. Access only within this period is guaranteed by Storyza, and access issues after its expiration are not liable for.
8.7 Top-up and Virtual Currency
Using virtual coins, our products are purchased, with applicable coin types varying by product. The correct virtual currency must be used for each purchase by you.
That trading virtual coins with other users on Storyza is prohibited is acknowledged by you. These Terms are violated by any such activity, and the right to take action, without notice, to prevent it is reserved by Storyza.
That all top-up transactions are final and may not be altered once completed is agreed by you.
When adding funds, the account and transaction details must be double-checked by you. Losses due to user error, incorrect account selection, or misunderstanding of charging policies are not liable for by Storyza.

If your account is frozen or terminated due to a Terms violation, compensation may not be sought from Storyza by you.
In case of a platform failure causing a discrepancy between the amount you paid and the amount we received, the issue will be rectified by us provided relevant data is recoverable and valid evidence is supplied by you.
If less than the amount you paid is received by us due to a platform failure, the difference will be compensated by us.
If more than the amount you paid is received by us due to a platform failure, the right to reclaim the excess is reserved by us.
That subscriptions to any content on Storyza are final and non-modifiable is acknowledged by you. Payments for subscriptions are non-refundable unless expressly approved by Storyza. This policy applies even in cases of service suspension, termination, or removal of the purchased content from the platform.
9. Third-Party Products or Services
Both these Terms and the third party's own terms govern your use of third-party products or services accessible via Storyza. As per applicable laws and agreements, their respective obligations and any disputes arising therefrom are solely the responsibility of Storyza and third parties each.
10. Software
The downloading of software may be required to use our services. To you, a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software solely for accessing or using our services is granted by Storyza.
To enhance user experience, service security, and product functionality, software updates may be released by Storyza. The latest version should be installed by you; otherwise, proper operation is not guaranteed.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
By copyright or trademark rights owned by Storyza, the commercial logos used by Storyza in its services are protected.
To Storyza or its licensors belong all intellectual property rights (including copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets) in the information, materials, text, software, audio, images, videos, and graphics associated with Storyza services, and they are protected globally. Without prior legal authorization from Storyza or the rights holder, this content may not be modified, copied, distributed, transmitted, displayed, performed, reproduced, licensed, transferred, sold, or have derivative works created from by you. A material breach is constituted by violation, permitting Storyza to terminate your service access immediately and requiring you to destroy any obtained materials. Further legal remedies may also be pursued by Storyza.
12. User Breach of Terms
All applicable laws must be complied with by you, and our services may not be used for unlawful activities, including but not limited to:
- Content that endangers national security, unity, social stability, public order, morals, or that is abusive, defamatory, pornographic, violent, or otherwise illegal being published, transmitted, disseminated, or stored;
- Others' intellectual property rights, trade secrets, or other legal rights being infringed by content;
- Facts being maliciously fabricated or truth being concealed to mislead or deceive;
- Advertising information and spam being published, transmitted, or disseminated;
- Other acts prohibited by law.
Lawsuits, fines, or other sanctions by authorities may result from violations, who may request Storyza' assistance. All resulting damages are liable for by you; no liability is borne by Storyza.
If content violating this clause is discovered or reported to be yours by Storyza, such content may, at its discretion, be deleted, blocked, or disconnected by it. Services may also be suspended/terminated, and your account restricted/frozen/terminated by Storyza, and legal action pursued.
Damages to third parties caused by your violation are solely liable for by you, and Storyza must be compensated by you for any losses it suffers as a result.
A material breach is constituted by violation. Your services may be suspended/terminated by Storyza, fees withheld as liquidated damages, and further legal recourse sought if losses exceed withheld amounts.
13. Compliance with Local Laws
Local laws, regulations must be complied with, and local customs must be respected by you when using our services. Any breach is solely your responsibility to bear.
Storyza must not be involved by you in political or public events via our services; otherwise, your access may be suspended or terminated by Storyza.
A material breach is constituted by violation. Your services may be suspended/terminated by Storyza, fees withheld as liquidated damages, and further legal recourse sought.
14. Third-Party Complaints
All content you send or transmit via our services is solely your responsibility.
A legal origin must be had by your content, and it must be owned by you or authorization from the rights holder must be had by you.
Storyza may use your content to perform these Terms or provide services to you is agreed by you.
If a notice from a rights holder claiming your content infringes their rights is received by Storyza, the content may, at its discretion, be deleted, blocked, or disconnected by it.
15. Force Majeure and Other Disclaimers
That using the service involves risks like force majeure, which may disrupt services, is acknowledged by you. Force majeure includes unforeseeable, unavoidable events like natural disasters, wars, unrest, or government actions. Repairs will be endeavored to be cooperated on by Storyza, but liability for resulting damages is exempt from to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, service interruptions resulting from the following are not liable for by Storyza:
- Computer viruses, Trojan horses, malicious programs, or hacker attacks;
- Failures in your or Storyza' software, systems, hardware, or communication lines;
- Improper user operation;
- Your unauthorized use of services;
- Other circumstances beyond Storyza' reasonable control.
Risks from network information or other users' actions are acknowledged by you. The authenticity, applicability, or legality of any information, nor for infringement damages is not responsible for by Storyza. Risks include:
- Threatening, defamatory, objectionable, or illegal content from others;
- Psychological, physical, or economic harm from misleading or deceitful actions of others related to service use;
- Other risks from network information or user behavior.
Specific critical purposes (e.g., nuclear facilities, military, medical, transport) are what our services are not designed for. Personal injury, death, property, or environmental damage from system/service failure in such contexts is not liable for by Storyza.
The right, but not the obligation, to address violating content per these Terms is had by Storyza. Timely detection or handling of all violations cannot be guaranteed by us.
Never on unsolicited messages involving loans, password requests, or assets should reliance be placed. Identities must always be verified and Storyza' fraud prevention advice must be heeded by you.
16. Effectiveness and Modification of Terms
Your agreement to be bound by these Terms is constituted by accessing Storyza services.
The right to amend these Terms as necessary is reserved by Storyza. The latest version is available on relevant service pages.
Acceptance of the updated Terms is constituted by continued use of Storyza software or services after an update. Our services must be stopped being used by you if you do not accept them.
17. Change, Interruption, and Termination of Services
Its services may be changed, interrupted, suspended, or terminated by Storyza.
Your access without notice may be interrupted or terminated by Storyza if:
- You are legally required to provide accurate information but submit untrue or inconsistent details without reasonable explanation;
- Laws, regulations, or these Terms are violated by you;
- Ordered by government or judicial authorities;
- For security or other necessary reasons.
18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
By and in accordance with the laws (excluding conflict of laws rules) of the mainland of the People's Republic of China, these Terms are governed and construed. Under these laws, disputes shall be resolved.
In good faith, disputes between you and Storyza shall first be negotiated. If negotiation fails, to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration shall disputes be submitted.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
19. For Users Under 18
If you are under 18, a minor is what you are and these Terms should be read and our services used under guardian supervision by you.
